SYS Finance is a marine finance broker that has operated in Spain and Portugal for more than 20 years. We connect boat buyers with Europe’s leading marine lenders and arrange yacht insurance through our brokerage SYS Credit. We are registered as a credit intermediary with the Bank of Spain.

2006
CGI Finance’s Iberian subsidiary is born: specialist boat finance when almost nobody offered it.
2013
We set up as an independent broker for CGI Finance and SGB Finance in Spain and Portugal — independence lets us compare and negotiate for the client.
2022
We expand into credit intermediation and a specialist leisure-marine insurance brokerage. Finance and insurance under one roof.
2024–2026
Lizmer Finance, Cofidis and Abanca join our network — more lenders, better terms for every deal.
