The claim or complaint shall be sent signed by e-mail to the following address: buzon.reclamaciones@syscredit.es in accordance with the provisions of Law 6/2020, of 11 November, regulating certain aspects of electronic trust services, or the regulations applicable at any given time; or directly by ordinary mail (or in person) to:

Through the user service telephone number: 971.283.526, queries may be made in relation to complaints or claims already filed, but not the filing of the same, which must always be in writing.

The claim or complaint must be made in writing and must include your personal details, address and the facts that justify your claim.

Minimum content of the complaint:

You should submit your complaint together with all the documentation supporting the allegations made in your interest.

They must be accompanied by their national identity card or specific power of attorney for this purpose.

In the event that a complaint has been made without attaching and identifying all of the documentation necessary for its response, SYSCREDIT reserves the right to close the file opened for lack of documentation one month after the complaint has been lodged without the claimant having provided the additional documents requested by SYSCREDIT and which may be necessary for a decision to be taken on the complaint made.

The closure of a file as a result of the failure to provide the required documentation within the deadline shall not prevent its reopening if the claimant provides it at a later date.
